Payment Policy:
1. Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking for the Christmas Magical Tour, full payment is due when either purchasing tickets online or on the day on the bus from the team, subject to availability. Without full payment, you will not be allowed access to the tour.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

3. Full Payment
Full payment must be paid at the time of purchasing tickets, to guarantee the tour date. All available dates and times are available via the Christmas Magical Tour website.
4. Cancellation Policy
We do not allow cancellations or refunds on any booked tours unless the tour is cancelled by ourselves, where the option for a rebooking or refund will be granted.
5. Changes to Booking
We understand changes happen, and if you would like to change your tour date and/or time, please email us at hello@familyfestdorset.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you further within 48 hours of your booking. A fee may apply.
6. No Shows
No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the tour.
