2. Booking and Payment

To confirm your booking, payment is due in full.

Payment can be made via credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We do not allow cancellations or refunds on any booked tours unless the tour is cancelled by ourselves, where the option for a rebooking or refund will be granted.​

​

No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the tour.​

4. Health and Safety

All participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff during the tour.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may pose a risk to themselves or others.

5. Liability

Christmas Magical Tour is not liable for any loss, injury or damage to participants or their belongings during the tour.

6. Photography and Media

​

By participating in our tours, you consent to having your image and likeness recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff prior to the tour.
